Weekend Supervisor, Primark Ltd

2008 - Present

Since starting at Primark, I have worked within all departments in store, allowing me to work with a number of different age groups and customer types. I have worked my way from Retail Operative to a specific Departmental Member and then to customer service, giving me an understanding of what it takes to progress within a team and integrate myself. Being a supervisor I manage staff on the shop floor, I am also given more responsibility, as I have to take control of cash flow within the shop. Organising daily rotas for staff and lunches helps with my organisation skills and helps the day run smoothly. Part of my role involves training staff to an appropriate level, ensuring they are placed within the store to an area that would suit them best

Working with Nikki I assisted her in her production process. Producing her handcrafted printed cushions and other products in her studio. This allowed me to work as part of a team, working with deadlines and quality crafted goods to be sold nationwide.
